The base pay range for this position is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist our members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members; provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide information as needed; locate and organize merchandise; ensure carts/flatbeds are available; assist with transporting items
• Load items into members’ vehicles and assist with parking lot cleanliness and safety in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; participate in safety practices and report unsafe conditions

• Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays and offering alternatives when needed
• Follow company procedures for handling merchandise, safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations
• Process member purchases and assist with transactions using cash registers, as needed
• Assist with payment types, zoning designated areas, and maintaining the availability of carts/flatbeds
• Promote the company’s products and services
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and assist with general club operations
