GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T2904) role rting hourly rate listed as $15.50 USD per hour.

Location:

Provo, UT. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and provide helpful service.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified to move merchandise or store fixtures where required.
• Change prices, set up and maintain merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store, to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Climb ladders, move merchandise safely, and lift up to 44 pounds as required.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
