Meat Cutter and Wrapper

Position Summary

Join our meat team as a Meat Cutter and Wrapper and make a difference in the quality and presentation of each product. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that members receive great customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

• Collaborate with teammates to build a strong meat team and adapt to other areas as needed.
• Apply product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management to prepare, cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat products according to established standards.
• Leverage digital tools to improve sales and the shopping experience, including handheld technology for production, training, and quality decisions.
• Maintain operational excellence by following company policies, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste.
• Advocate for the department, modeling high‑quality service and products for members.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy to address issues.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers to identify and implement improvements.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Relevant experience in a meat department or similar fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience with handheld technology and data analysis.

Hourly wage $16.00 – $23.00 per hour, plus potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, and performance.
