OverviewPosition summary:
Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities- Be a Team Member:
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and remains flexible to work in other areas. - Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal production; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drives area performance; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; guides peers; assists customers according to company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and adapts to change and feedback.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Service / Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
