Area Sales & Design Specialist

Join Tuff Shed, Inc. as an Area Sales & Design Specialist. This role focuses on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional design consultation services to clients.

In this role, you will work on‑site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with store leaders and associates, leveraging employee and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. Weekend work is required. You will plan, coordinate and execute lead‑generating events and leverage event sales. You will self‑direction and build relationships, train others and communicate product knowledge.

You will ensure displays are presentable, clean and maintained, and that signage is updated.

• Eligible for a Sales Performance Incentive Bonus
• Eligible to receive earned commissions
• A weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy payment (if earned commissions are less than the minimum guarantee)
• Total annual compensation average is $74,000 (based on 2024 Tuff Shed data) and could reach in excess of $100,000
• Hands‑on training program by Local and Regional leaders

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
