Account Executive - Insure tech Sales (Hybrid Remote)
High visibility sales role, closing new business, in a high-growth SaaS start-up of 60+ employees,
- Total Compensation ("OTE"): $128,000
- Hybrid Remote. 2 days in office, 3 days from home.
We are growing our Sales team. This position is remote. You’ll be working hand in hand with the Sales & Marketing team and our CEO.
The focus of the Account Executive at BCS is to close warm leads generated by Marketing and close outbound deals from their own prospecting. The Sales Team works in close proximity with the CEO. BCS sells B2B software solutions to Fortune 500 companies, specifically to their Risk Management, Finance and Procurement departments.
BCS is one of the most promising growing companies in the Insure tech space. There is significant training provided and ongoing support from the CEO to help you succeed in your role and grow your abilities as a Sales professional. As an Account Executive in our current growth stage, you will have high visibility and plenty of room to grow professionally.
Responsibilities:- Through phone and email, handle the sales process from demo to close.
- Leverage our many sales-enablement tools to prospect and manage your pipeline of deal opportunities.
- Ability to ask concise questions to uncover concerns and obstacles in a sales process.
- Strong work experience in the closing of B2B sales, software sales strongly preferred.
- Enthusiasm and passion for assisting other people and contributing to the success of a hyper‑growth company.
- Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise manner
- 2‑4 years of B2B Software Sales experience is required.
- Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance is strongly preferred, not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot are preferred.
- Technical backgrounds are also preferred.
- Goal‑based commissions, uncapped.

Required to report to the Orem office Monday - Friday. When an employee reaches 6 months of employment, they can work remotely 1 day per week.
