Front End Senior Developer

Overview

Job Purpose

As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer on the Simplifile Development Team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting the front-end components of our SaaS platform. You'll apply your expertise in modern web technologies, software development best practices, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality user experiences. While your primary focus will be front-end development, familiarity with backend technologies is beneficial for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, performant front-end solutions.
• Follow coding standards and ensure robust unit test coverage.
• Participate in design/code reviews.
• Work with product managers to define scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Solve complex technical challenges using best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and UX.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• Proficient in Angular 10+ (preferred); familiar with React, Node
• Experience with Typescript
• Experience with Jest/Jasmine
• Understanding of Java, Mongo
  
  DB, MySQL, JSON.
• Experience integrating with Rest API endpoints.
• Experience with agile processes and modern dev tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable in collaborative environments.
