Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics is seeking a software engineer to join our CX Journeys engineering team in Provo, Utah. Our team is pushing the Qualtrics Customer Experience (CX) product to the next level. You should love data visualization and building simple solutions to solve hard customer problems. Designing systems in an agile environment to withstand growth and owning quality from end to end are rewarding challenges and part of why Qualtrics is such an exciting place to work!

Things You’ll Do
- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers
- Work with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes and transform them into exciting end consumer features
- Build efficient and reusable frontend components and data-intensive backend systems that drive complex web applications
- Contribute to the professional development of colleagues, improving their technical knowledge as well as the engineering best practices on your team
- With your team, own application quality end-to-end and support your services in high-use production environments
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and coding background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and to learn new frameworks/stacks
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Experience creating data analytics or data visualizations
- Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation and build/deploy system
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years working in a full-stack engineering position
- Experience using Typescript and React is a plus
- Experience with machine learning or generative AI is a plus
