Software Engineer (.Net​/C#

Senior C#/.NET Developer
Utah County– Hybrid (Onsite 1 Day per Week)

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help redesign our financial engine, real-time infrastructure, and user-facing applications. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of CFTC-compliant systems supporting millions in financial transactions. This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, setting high standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Lead architecture and design for high-performance, scalable systems
• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards
• Build and optimize backend systems, APIs, and market data pipelines
• Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, compliant, and maintainable solutions
• Analyze performance issues, recommend improvements, and drive Dev Ops best practices
• 6+ years developing enterprise-grade applications in .NET
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), SQL Server, and multi-tier architecture
• Proven experience designing scalable, high-transaction systems
• Strong leadership in code review culture and mentoring
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, and cloud-based architecture (Azure preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
