Protocol Education is seeking a full-time Outdoor Learning Teaching Assistant to support a specialist SEMH provision in Prudhoe. The role uses practical and outdoor learning to help pupils re-engage with education and build resilience, communication skills and positive relationships.
You will assist teaching staff, promote safe behaviours, encourage teamwork, and celebrate achievement while supporting emotional wellbeing and active learning outdoors.
