MTrec Recruitment are proudly representing our specialist manufacturing client in their recruitment for a Quality Inspector to expand their current team due to significant business growth.
The Job you will do:Inspect plated and finished components at key production stages to evaluate quality standards
Writing procedural documents
Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI)
Conducts lab analysis
Safely and effectively use precision measuring equipment, including Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, bore gauges etc.
Interpret technical engineering drawings
Log precise inspection results, ensuring full data traceability.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support root-cause analyses and track corrective actions.
NACE / AMPP - CIP Level 1 qualification at a minimum (Level 2 highly desirable)
Experience working as a Quality Inspector or similar within engineering/manufacturing/chemical processing
Familiarity with ISO
9001 standards is desirableComfortable working in a small team
Good communication skills at all levels
