Accounting Administrator

Pay: $21–24/hr
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Location: Pryor, OK

• • * Key Duties
• Oversee fiscal and accounting functions, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Supervise and evaluate accounting staff, assign tasks, provide training, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Address discrepancies promptly and report financial information accurately.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with procedural standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
