Machine Operator – Cascades, Pryor, OK

Join our team as a Machine Operator working in a dynamic, sustainable environment at Cascades.

• Starting pay: $26.05 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  12-hour rotating shifts (6 days on, 2 off or 4 days on, 4 off). Shifts include nights; training on days.

• Active participation in safety and housekeeping improvements in all work areas.
• Forklift and clamp truck operations.
• Set up winch and slitters.
• Operation of overhead cranes.
• Wrap station operation.
• Parent roll handling (e.g., roll tags, locations, wrapping of parent rolls).
• Work in a team environment with the other third-hand member.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous production experience with rotating shifts (preferred).
• Results-driven individual who challenges the status quo.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team member who demonstrates leadership, builds strong relationships, and collaborates while embracing our values and ethics.
