* SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION*
Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair; reassemble equipment when repairs are completed. Inspect all grinders and record findings, including RPM's. Use a manlift to take down hoists for repair. Inventory parts and equipment. Must have own tools. Must also possess the mechanical ability to recognize defective parts and equipment. Assemble and maintain hand tools and power tools. Clean or lubricate tools, work areas and other objects.
Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations. Maintain simple records and perform related duties as assigned. This position may be classified as a lead person which will perform job duties as assigned. Keep work area clean and orderly. Know safety rules that apply to the safety of others and to personal safety. Perform other work as instructed by supervisor.
