Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is a 48-bed acute care hospital that provides a range of health care services to the community, including emergency services, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery and wound care.

• Accountable for provided nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
• Expected to participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Job Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current LPN license (upon hire)

BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
