We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, providing comprehensive primary and acute care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients on health management and prevention.
- Utilize telehealth to improve patient access.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Work in a supportive, family-oriented environment with full-time hours.
Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, strong clinical skills, and EMR proficiency. Experience with pediatrics and telehealth is a plus.
