As a Shelter Insurance Agent, your main focus will be developing prospects and selling Shelter products. You will also have the opportunity to bring on staff to help manage general administrative duties and improve sales performance.

• Develop prospects and build a client base in Pryor, OK.
• Sell Shelter products and meet sales requirements.
• Maintain a strong business owner mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Provide excellent client communication and service.
• Possibly hire and manage staff to assist with administrative tasks.

• Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Skilled in effective communication within a sales atmosphere.
• Background in sales, real estate, retail, education, or coaching is a plus.
• Some prior sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required.
• Ability to execute the in‑house and virtual new‑agent training programs.
• Willingness to meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
