As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will...

* Handle phone enquiries, emails, Amazon messages, and trade-customer needs efficiently, resolving issues and closing tickets as required.

* Process carrier returns promptly by handling returned items and returning good products to warehouse stock.

* Accurately input orders from the Trade Account Executive, assist with trade sales and admin tasks and maintain effective communication with trade customers.

* Monitor and respond to Amazon, eBay, and Trustpilot reviews by addressing feedback.

What will you need?

* Previous experience in customer service within an eCommerce environment

* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Trustpilot

* Experience with customer service tools such as Replyco

* Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
