We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.

At Champion House, its a welcoming Victorian property that provides specialist care for up to 27 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs. Located just a short drive from Leeds and Bradford, residents benefit from easy access to a wide range of local amenities, including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and leisure facilities.

What You’ll be Doing

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day & night shifts
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
Maintain accurate care and documentation
Support residents in achieving their personal health goals

What You'll Need

NMC Registered Nurse Pin
Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
Commitment to providing high-quality care
