Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus

Telesales Executive - Pudsey, Leeds
Are you an ambitious Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Outbound Sales Executive or B2B Sales Executive looking to develop your career?
BDC Sales Consultancy is looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our growing team in Pudsey, Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to generate qualified appointments, build relationships with senior decision-makers and work with businesses across a wide range of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls.
* Generate qualified appointments for Business Development Consultants.
* Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
* Research target companies and identify new opportunities.
* Manage your sales pipeline using CRM.
* Maintain accurate customer records and activity.
* Achieve individual and team targets.
About You
* Experience in telesales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting or outbound sales.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Good IT and CRM skills.

* £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary
