Food Production Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, check, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet trucks, scanners, and forklifts (where trained and certified).
• Maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards at all times.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Support stock checks and inventory audits as required.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily deadlines and targets.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
