Are you a dedicated and driven General Dentist looking to practice with autonomy, high earning potential, and long-term growth? Advantage Dental Group, an established, patient-focused dental practice in Pueblo, Colorado, is actively seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our expanding team.

Located just 40 minutes south of Colorado Springs, Pueblo offers an affordable cost of living, vibrant local culture, and access to some of the best outdoor recreation Colorado has to offer — all while being part of a fast-growing community with great demand for dental care.

What We Offer

Compensation

• Competitive market-based pay
• Greater of daily guarantee or 30-33% commission on total monthly collections
• Earnings potential up to $300,000+ annually

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance - total package of up to $25,000 to make your move easy and stress-free

Ownership & Equity Opportunity

• Equity grant valued at $33,333, with potential to grow to $100,000-$167,000 in 5 years

Requirements

• Active Colorado Dental License
• 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
• CPR/ACLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon software is a plus
