Monday and Wednesday 9-5, Tuesday and Thursday 9-3 - Setting:
Clinic - Procedures/Cases:
General Dentistry - Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days
- Requirements:
Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
