Seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in post-acute and long-term care settings.
- Manage patient documentation and care coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities for additional directorships.
- Enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with no night or weekend call.
- Travel between facilities; reliable transportation required.
MD or DO license in Colorado, strong communication skills, and experience in post-acute care preferred.
