We are looking for a skilled and driven engineer to join a leading aerospace organization, where quality, precision, and compliance are paramount. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, addressing non-conformances, production deviations, and customer complaints with a focus on long-term solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure. Implement projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving
• Lead quality investigations related to production deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
• Review and approve manufacturing process changes, validations, and product documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Zero, PFMEA, MPR projects and process optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality tools, methods, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool
• Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Strong understanding of process validation, and statistical methods.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool
• Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience in process validation and statistical methods

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in any of the following is highly desired:
  Six Sigma or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Experienced in 8D, quality tools, 5 Whys of Root Cause Analysis, and SPC analysis.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team and provide forecasting to reach established goals.
• Ability to assimilate, analyze, and present data to leaders, customers, and peers.
• Experiencing interfacing with internal and external customers as well as all levels of personnel.
