- On‑Site (5 days) at our Pueblo, CO facility. This role is considered safety‑sensitive.
- Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
- Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.
- Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
- Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
- Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
- Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set‑ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
- Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications.
- Partner with on‑site EHS to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA.
- Focus on productivity, projects, and reducing waste and costs.
- 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience.
- Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
- Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
- Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PMP certification is a bonus.
- Lean/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
Candidates without a 4‑year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
CompensationBase Pay Range: $74,000 - $115,000 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
