• On‑Site (5 days) at our Pueblo, CO facility. This role is considered safety‑sensitive.

• Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
• Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.
• Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
• Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
• Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
• Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set‑ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
• Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications.
• Partner with on‑site EHS to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA.
• Focus on productivity, projects, and reducing waste and costs.

• 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience.
• Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
• Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
• Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.

Base Pay Range: $74,000 - $115,000 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
