Accounting Manager

Innovate Lab needs an Accounting Manager steady enough for the close and creative enough for the forecast, here in Pueblo. This Accounting Manager job in Pueblo converts 8 years of experience into $104,000 - $150,000 and standing influence over the work.

• Spot the duplicate payment before it leaves the account
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and tinker-friendly executive summaries
• Own the tax provision and the footnotes that explain it
• Model the runway so Innovate Lab always knows its next funding date
• Chase down unreconciled items until the subledger ties to the GL
• Where most manager roles stop at reporting, this one digs into the why

• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Enough Internal Controls to be dangerous, enough Empathy to be trusted
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• A knack for Treasury Management that colleagues quietly come to rely on
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny

Innovate Lab grew out of a Pueblo, CO research lab and never lost its unhurried, question-everything approach to SOX Compliance. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

Here you earn $104,000 - $150,000 while a dedicated mentor helps you grow from manager into ownership, all wrapped in benefits worth keeping.
