Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Full Time)

Therapy Management Corporation as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. This full‑time position is located at Villa Pueblo Senior Living and offers competitive compensation of $30.00 – $33.00 per hour. You will work within the Quality Care Rehab department in a supportive environment that values growth, education, and patient care.

TMC is a therapy provider that delivers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care providers. We are growing and looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to help patients regain movement, alleviate pain, and restore function.

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the licensed physical therapist to address patients’ rehabilitation goals.
• Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities, ensuring proper technique and monitoring progress.
• Apply and monitor physical therapy modalities, adjusting parameters as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, body mechanics, and pain management strategies.
• Document patient responses, progress, and changes in functional status; collaborate with the supervising physical therapist on treatment adjustments.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current licence/certification in the state of practice.
