Hiring Fabricators
Our growing manufacturing team in Pueblo is looking for skilled Fabricators/Welders to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in high‑quality workmanship, enjoy hands‑on fabrication, and thrive in a fast‑paced production environment. You’ll work with mild steel (and some stainless), perform MIG welding, and handle material prep, grinding, sanding, and layout tasks. Entry level welders are welcome to apply!
LocationPueblo, Colorado
Shift & Pay- A & B
Shifts:
6:00 AM–6:00 PM (rotating 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.) — Pay: $22 /hr (DOE) - C Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (Mon–Wed every other Thu) — Pay: $25 /hr (DOE)
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless components.
- Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work.
- Maintain welding equipment and manage consumables.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members in a high-volume production setting.
- Proficiency in SAW, MIG, TIG, and/or Oxy‑Acetylene welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with welding and manufacturing concepts.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
