Pay Rate: $22/hour $3/hour shift differential (after training)

Shift: Must be open to 2nd shift

• 1st- 6 AM-6 PM, 2-2-3 schedule
• 2nd: 6 PM–6:30 AM, Mon-Thurs (Friday OT as needed)

We’re seeking skilled Welders to perform MIG welding on mild steel and some stainless steel, along with material prep, sanding, grinding, and layout work. • Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
• Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work
• Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate in a fast-paced production environment

• Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy‑Acetylene
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with large‑diameter rolling and crane operation
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles

• Fabrication and assembly experience
• Production environment experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr.
