Pay Rate: $22/hour $3/hour shift differential (after training)
Shift: Must be open to 2nd shift
- 1st- 6 AM-6 PM, 2-2-3 schedule
- 2nd: 6 PM–6:30 AM, Mon-Thurs (Friday OT as needed)

We’re seeking skilled Welders to perform MIG welding on mild steel and some stainless steel, along with material prep, sanding, grinding, and layout work. This is a great opportunity to work in the green energy sector with strong growth potential.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
- Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work
- Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy‑Acetylene
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with large‑diameter rolling and crane operation
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Fabrication and assembly experience
- Production environment experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr.
