Shifts: Choose from 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s Flexible scheduling!
Schedule: Monday Friday No call No holidays

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week unless provider requests time off

• Full-time strongly preferred, but part-time/weekends-only accepted

• No call / No holidays

• Work at both hospital and satellite locations (across the street)

• Team Care Model: 11 MDAs & 28 CRNAs 10 ORs 1:2 1:3 supervision

• EMR: EPIC

• Equipment: GE Care station 650s

• 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic

• No OB required

• Pediatrics:
  Not required, but preferred note interest at name clear

• GI: Strongly preferred GI cases run Mon Thurs (4x10s) note interest at name clear

• Preferred skills (not required): Spinals, Neuro (spine), Complex Ortho/Vascular (except open heart)

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified

• Active CO License Required

• BLS Required

• EPIC Experience
