We’re hiring full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor of Medical Services to work at our 41 Montebello Location.
What You’ll Be DoingAs the RN Supervisor of Medical Services, you would be providing excellent oversight to staff members of the integrated primary care clinics, walk-in clinics and medication assisted treatment teams to ensure we are providing exceptional care to our patients. You would develop strategies, plans, and goals that support the mission of the company and carry them out in an organized and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides supervision including written performance reviews of annual staff performance evaluations under the direction of this position in accordance organization standards;
- Work collaboratively with multiple directors to support the team and mission;
- Assist with employee interviews, hiring, and terminations of department staff, as needed;
- Assist with staff training and development;
- Schedule and lead meetings as assigned;
- Assists Director (s) with clinical data analysis to assess trends for training needs, compliance, quality monitoring, and service changes;
- Ensure that clinical program operations run efficiently and effectively;
- Is responsible for chart auditing and monitoring documentation of clinical staff to assure that they are accurate, complete, and current;
- Complete monthly supervision of registered nurses, medical assistant team leads, and medical assistants;
- Develops and maintains professional working relationships with other organization departments;
- Assist in writing and enforcing policies and procedures, standing orders, and workflows as needed or assigned;
- Maintains competency and proficiency with the Electronic Health Record, and providing up to date information on EHR changes to team and assigned staff;
- Provides administrative/supervisory coverage in the absence of the director, as assigned;
- Knowledge of SOP’s and SOC’s with regard to Primary Care and Medication Assisted Treatment;
- Provide or troubleshoot staff coverage;
- Assist with supply and inventory management;
- Project management as assigned;
- Ability to travel to satellite offices up to 50% of the time;
- Ability to take paid call, after hours, holidays, and weekends as assigned;
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing administrative, supervisory, documentation review, data analysis, and computer-based work.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, printers, and other electronic devices.
- Ability to frequently communicate with employees, providers, patients, and other stakeholders in person, by telephone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to move throughout office and clinical environments to provide supervision, conduct meetings, observe operations, and support staff.
- Ability to review, prepare, and analyze written documents, reports electronic records, and other detailed information in both paper and digital formats.
- Ability to travel between facilities, satellite offices, and other work-related locations as required
