Key Responsibilities
  • Safety:
    Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inspection and Testing:
    Conduct thorough inspections and tests on industrial water chillers at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare reports on findings and communicate results to relevant departments.
  • Defect Identification:
    Identify and document any defects or non-conformities in products. Work with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure that all products meet company, industry, and regulatory standards. Stay up to date with relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless quality control processes. Assist in training production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a related role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment industry.
  • Skills:

    Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies. Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
  • Communication:
    Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

2025 Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $21.63 – $25.28
