What We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated and driven individual passionate about real estate.
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences.
  • A licensed real estate professional or someone currently enrolled in real estate courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries
  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
  • Gather client information and understand their real estate needs
  • Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey
  • Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License required or in progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks
  • Commission-based position

Compensation: $98,500 - $196,500 yearly
