Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are maintained at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager passionate about guests and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hires
• Directing work, setting hours, scheduling, and task assignment
• Driving sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Providing and scheduling training for Front and Back of House staff
• Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal Taste & Temps line tests
• Enforcing security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
• Managing food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
