Base pay range

$14.81/hr - $17.03/hr

• Ace Retail Operations:
  Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store clean, organized and all styles shoppable.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed with occasional overtime to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Build constructive relationships within the store.
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Work effectively within a team.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs (including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours).

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
