Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position with 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Sales Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home.

Consultants' territories are approximately up to 2 hours around their home zip code. This role offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers, and is not door-to-door sales—customers have contacted Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products.

This position offers excellent compensation, pre-confirmed appointments, and no door-to-door sales. Consumers initiate contact with Sears for estimates.

• Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Ability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Effective negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills with a passion for improving customer lives.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
