Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Pueblo, CO territory to drive sales of psychiatric medications, particularly CAPLYTA. The role involves engaging healthcare providers, developing territory strategy, and managing sales performance while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities- Drive sales performance and meet forecasts in assigned territory through in-person and virtual HCP outreach
- Develop and implement local strategic and tactical business plans with regional management
- Maintain current market knowledge and communicate insights about customer practices and key influencers
- Manage territory budget and allocate resources effectively across customer accounts and programs
- Maintain accurate administrative records including call data, expense reporting, and training documentation
- Minimum two years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Three-plus years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Strong patient-centric mindset and commitment to improving patient outcomes
- High integrity and adherence to compliance policies
