Overview

Join the Pro-Vac family in the hydro-excavation industry. As a Laborer at Pro-Vac, you will assist in the use of sophisticated vacuum excavation equipment and remote tools to complete hydro-excavation. You will work with a team to create solutions that exceed client expectations and gain mentorship from highly trained operators. This position offers a growth path for high performing candidates (which may include CDL School) to become a skilled Operator.

• Assist in the use of sophisticated vacuum excavation equipment and remote tools to complete hydro-excavation

• Safely performing manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Safely operating high pressure wands and flexible vacuum hoses for excavation needs
• Assisting with hydro-excavation and spotting vehicles while positioning
• Practicing proper housekeeping by keeping job sites and trucks clean and organized
• Preparing for your day by verifying instructions, reviewing required tools, and completing required paperwork with accuracy
• Exceeding client expectations through professionalism and excellence

• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight assignments
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings
• In good standing and able to meet Pro-Vac and DOT driving requirements (valid driver’s license)
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary, including nights, weekends and on-call
• Demonstrated high quality professionalism during customer interactions
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and perform daily physical activity in an outdoor setting

Annual Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000. Prior employment verification is an intricate part of the hiring process. Your prior employer may be contacted to verify employment.
