Job OverviewAs an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role ensures that our clients’ HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing comfort and safety in their homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions.
- Replace defective components and wiring, and reassemble and test equipment following repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and maintenance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Prepare reports on the status of HVAC systems and recommend necessary actions.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your colleagues, and clients.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
