LPNT Central Travel - RN:
Med/Surg (7P - 7A) Hillside Hospital;
Pulaski, TN. The Pulaski campus is a 95-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility serving Giles County and surrounding areas.

• Work in Medical/Surgical (Floor: 5343 MED/SURG) as an RN or LPN.
• Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Weekend hours rotate every other weekend and may be scheduled more frequently based on need.
• Call requirements: yes, depending on census; staff may be placed on call or floated.
• Float requirements: yes, to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER; tasks may include handling low-level Med/Surg overflow patients in ICU at a ratio of 1:3.

• Required certifications: RN – BLS, ACLS, PALS; LPN – BLS, PEARS.
• Education:
  
  Certification/licensure required to work as an RN or LPN/LVN in TN.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years of Med/Surg experience.
• Other requirements:
  All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry before the assignment start date.

  Geriatric and adults; typically 3–4 pediatric patients per year.

• Orientation:
  Weekly on Mondays.
• Local Rate:
  Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel.
• Notes:
  All staff must meet the LPNT checklist for up-to-date certifications.
• Dress Code:
  Scrub color is allowed to be any color; no print scrubs.
