• Keep production moving by maintaining, repairing, and setting up tooling, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and make precision adjustments to ensure zero downtime.
• Fabricate or modify tooling with mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC machines.
• Partner with engineers and production leaders to optimize performance and quality.
• Maintain documentation to meet industry standards and support audits.
• Drive a safety‑first culture by following lockout/tagout and crane operation best practices.
• Support and train operators on proper use and care of tooling.

• 2+ years of experience in tooling, die repair, or related manufacturing roles (automotive/plastics injection or blow‑molding experience preferred).
• Hands‑on machining experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair quickly.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Attention to detail and passion for producing high‑quality work.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational certifications a plus.
