Pay: $21.50 — $23.50 / hour (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Team as a Wound Care Nurse.
Current Wound Care Certification is required, or within 90 days.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments
- Developing individualized care plans for patients
- Maintaining open communication with patients and families
- Providing and overseeing appropriate wound care
- Assisting with medications and treatments as needed
- Performing additional patient care duties as assigned
