We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Team as a Wound Care Nurse. Current Wound Care Certification is required, or within 90 days.

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments
• Developing individualized care plans for patients
• Maintaining open communication with patients and families
• Providing and overseeing appropriate wound care
• Assisting with medications and treatments as needed
• Performing additional patient care duties as assigned
