Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel)

Pulaski, TN | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 13 Weeks | Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving all age populations
• Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1 across a unit with 7 beds, 2 psychiatric rooms, and 2 hall beds
• Utilize the EDIS electronic health record system to document and manage patient information
• Respond to call requirements and float needs as needed
• Work every other weekend or as needed per department scheduling
• Uphold all department expectations, support current staff, and contribute to a collaborative, solution-focused team environment

• Active RN licensure valid in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, HWC, PALS, TNCC
• Must be cleared through the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

• Experience with a broad patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Familiarity with EDIS or similar emergency department information systems
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and confident in high-acuity or chaotic clinical environments
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented, professional approach

• Opportunity to work at a Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility serving a regional community in southern Tennessee
• 13-week contract with a defined schedule and a supportive Emergency Services team
