Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position on night shift, requiring ACLS, BLS, ENPC, HWC, PALS, and TNCC certifications.

• Active RN license (TN or Compact)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, HWC, PALS, TNCC
• Minimum 1+ years of ER experience required
• Must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start

• Acute care Emergency Department serving all patient ages
• 7-bed unit with 2 psych rooms and 2 hall beds
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Uses EDIS EHR system
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• As-needed call requirements
• As-needed float requirements
• 95-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Scrubs of any color accepted, with standard hospital dress code restrictions on outerwear with logos, hoodies, open-toed shoes, and loose jewelry
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
