Body Shop Assistant

S & L Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Body Shop Assistant to join our team in Pulaski, WI. In this role, you will support our body shop operations by assisting technicians, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring timely completion of repair tasks. This position offers competitive hourly pay and an opportunity to grow within a respected automotive company.

• Assist body shop technicians with repair and maintenance tasks
• Prepare and clean vehicles before and after repair work
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
• Support daily shop operations and communicate effectively with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate smooth shop workflow

• Previous experience in an automotive body shop or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly
