• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and site personnel to address concerns.

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable with computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Criminal history considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to extent permitted by law.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
