Maintenance Technician

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a full-time Capital Improvement and Maintenance Technician for our affordable housing properties Pulaski Village and West Lance Apartments in Pulaski and New Castle, Virginia.

Repairs include minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience in basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, electric, plumbing, and HVAC. Basic computer skills are also required.

Monday through Friday; 8 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours/weekly
