As a Senior Accountant, under moderate supervision, you will:
- Perform, review, or audit journal entries, account analyses, work papers, and reconciliations.
- Complete month-end close tasks.
- Assist in the consolidation of US and international entities.
- Prepare analysis of financial results requiring judgment and creativity for management review, and provide support and recommendations for division management.
- Prepare budgets, projections, product cost analyses, and other analyses, and assist in the implementation or review of internal controls.
- Perform research and planning according to GAAP, tax laws, and/or IFRS, and make recommendations to management.
- Lead special projects.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Are innovative, motivated, and self-directed.
- Possess strong Excel skills.
- Have working knowledge of accounting and finance principles, theories, and concepts, or working knowledge of GAAP, Tax, and/or IFRS.
- Bring 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or CFA; or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; or MBA.
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Tax systems.
- Tax, audit, project, and/or cost accounting experience.
- International accounting experience.

Senior Accountant: $86,700 – $128,100 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job‑related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
